Easiest ways to immigrate to Canada

Express Entry – Federal Skilled Worker

Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) candidate must have at least one year of work experience. It is extremely competitive, employing the complex Comprehensive Ranking System to assign a point-based score to all applicants. Only the most suitable applicants will be chosen for immigration.

In 2021, Indian nationals received more than half of all Express Entry invitations, primarily under the Federal Skilled Worker stream.

Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs)

Canada’s thirteen provinces and territories have their own immigration programmed, known as a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Because each province has a different population and economy, each province’s immigration programmers are unique and designed to fulfill its economic and demographic needs.

PNPs are popular because they can provide the quickest path to Canadian permanent residence for candidates who do not have CRS points adequately to receive an ITA.

Provincial Nominee Program immigration accounts for a sizable portion of total economic immigration to Canada. A total of 232,500 economic immigrants were targeted for 2021, with 80,800 reserved for those who applied through the Provincial Nominee Program. In fact, Canada issued three times as many invitations in PNP-specific Express Entry draws in 2021 as it did in 2020.

Quebec Skilled Worker (QSW)

Quebec operates its own skilled worker immigration program. The Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSW) is a provincial immigration program for candidates with skilled work experience who will be competent to contribute to Quebec’s economy as members of the workforce in the long term.

Candidates are categorized using a points system similar to Express Entry before being invited to apply.

Work Permits / Intra-Company Transfers

Certain Indian nationals may be suitable for a work permit in Canada. A job offer is frequently required in order to obtain a work permit. However, there is one significant exception: intra-company transfers.

If your employer is part of a multinational company with Canadian offices, you may be eligible to be transferred to a Canadian office without too much paperwork!

Family Sponsorship

You may be suitable for Family Class sponsorship if you have a qualifying relative living in Canada. Canada has various immigration programs that permit Canadians to sponsor family members to come to Canada. Study in Canada

According to data from India’s ministry of external affairs, more Indian nationals are choosing to study in Canada rather than the United States. One of the reasons many Indian nationals prefer to study in Canada is the abundance of job opportunities available during and after their studies. After earning a Canadian credential, international graduates have access to a plethora of permanent residency immigration opportunities. Many of Canada’s immigration programmes also necessitate some level of skilled work experience. Fortunately, the prevalence of international student graduates in Canada is eligible to apply for a post-graduation work visa, which lets them work anywhere in Canada and gain valuable work experience.
