While some of the programs are very straightforward with the eligibility requirements and other programs involves complexity of various selection factors as similar to Federal Skilled Worker program. Every year each Province is allotted with maximum number of Nomination Certificates to issue foreign nationals and this allotment varies across all provinces.

Provincial Level Immigration
Federal Level Immigration

Once, the applicant receives nomination certificate from province, the next step would be to apply a separate application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) for permanent residence. A CIC officer will then assess your application based on Canadian immigration regulations. You will have to pass a medical examination and security and criminal checks. You must also show that you have enough money to support yourself and your dependants after you arrive in Canada.
